Sheltered by ancient hedgerows, the vineyard's sunny aspect, and tough soil combine to produce fruit of intense flavour.  Berries are small and yields naturally low. Soil nutrition is used sparingly and fruit quality is maintained by rigorous canopy management.

Since its first year of production our fruit has consistently achieved the balance of acidity and sugar so crucial to the production of the finest Traditional Method Sparkling Wines.

The Vineyard is certified Organic by the Soil Association.
